On New Year’s Eve, Thomas S. Curren, author, and supporter of the arts and all things literary, passed away in his sleep.
NHWP first met Mr. Curren when Laura Knoy brought him as a guest to the annual NHWP Strategic Planning session last summer. After participating in the meeting, he said he couldn’t remember when he felt so inspired.
Mr. Curren was planning more writing projects, including a hilarious play based on his decades as a town moderator.
To say we are saddened by this loss is an understatement. He was a man with a kind and nurturing heart and a mind for witty conversation and great anecdotal stories.
